At the close of the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Dr. James McHenry, a Maryland delegate, followed Benjamin Franklin from Independence Hall. He recorded a question asked by a lady, directed at Dr. Franklin.
The lady asked, "Well Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?"
"A republic," replied Dr. Franklin, "if you can keep it."

From what I hear, the first time is often disappointing. Voting for Obama surely fits into that category.
Aside from the joking, Obama's equating voting to deflowering is crass and gross. That man needs to leave the White House NOW for so many reasons.
We need a genuine PRESIDENT who reflects American values and that is NOT Obama. (NOBAMA 2012)
