The best way to discourage job creators is to levy more and higher taxes on them. Yes, it is class warfare and it's about turning one more numerous voting block on another less numerous (but more prosperous) voting block.
I've never been employed by a company or person who makes less than I do.
It's just something to keep in mind when you're out there looking for work.
