At the close of the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Dr. James McHenry, a Maryland delegate, followed Benjamin Franklin from Independence Hall. He recorded a question asked by a lady, directed at Dr. Franklin.
The lady asked, "Well Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?"
"A republic," replied Dr. Franklin, "if you can keep it."
IN DEFENSE OF MINORITIES!
"The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities." - Ayn Rand

Capitalism is not a dirty word.
Any more than freedom.
No wonder nobody can remember going to school with him. They were all stoned. Dude!
WoFat - If he actually ever showed up. That whole mystery will have to wait until he's a FORMER president to work itself out.
Only in America is right. What a disgrace.
I think it was on Rush's show that I heard the questions..where are his old girlfriends and school friends? Guess when you have the MSM in your back pocket, you don't have to worry about them trying very hard to dig up your past.
Considering the US GDP rose by
16% in 1950 when the Fed tax rate
was 84% for the wealthy and that it has not risen any more than
7% since we have gone to the lower
rates (35%)...any correlation is
an unfounded construct and perhaps
wishful thinking. :(
