At the close of the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Dr. James McHenry, a Maryland delegate, followed Benjamin Franklin from Independence Hall. He recorded a question asked by a lady, directed at Dr. Franklin.

KLOPPENBURG WINS!

Kloppenburg declares VICTORY for the her candidacy for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and for the public sector labor unions who funded the BIG WIN!



We know now that Prosser is roughly 7000 votes ahead of Kloppenburg, which shoves it out of recount range. Sorry JoAnne.
