American Perspective covered a story that President Obama and his administration provided British nuclear nomenclature, numbers and other data to the Russians in order to obtain concessions for the START talks. The profoundly sad thing is that it's simply another of the Daily Outrages that we have come to expect from our apologetic, anti-British (anti-American ally) utopian socialist president.
He's sold the US down the river for shits and giggles, and it only stands to reason that he'd do the same thing to those with whom we share a special relationship. And that brings me to Wiki Leaks. As contemptible as the leakers are, I don't know how they can be held to a higher standard than Obama - who would be impeached and discharged from office for doing this is another time in America.
The US has a lot to apologize to the British people for when it comes to President Obama, that shameful cur who occupies the highest office in our land. Two weeks ago, Obama praised the French and declared that France is America's greatest ally?? Since when?
This from the Daily Mail:
Barack Obama has declared that France is America’s greatest ally, undermining Britain’s Special Relationship with the U.S.
The President risked offending British troops in Afghanistan by saying that French president Nicolas Sarkozy is a ‘stronger friend’ than David Cameron.
The remarks, during a White House appearance with Mr Sarkozy, will reinforce the widely-held view in British diplomatic circles that Mr Obama has less interest in the Special Relationship than any other recent American leader.
Mr Obama said: ‘We don’t have a stronger friend and stronger ally than Nicolas Sarkozy, and the French people.’…
Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Centre For Freedom at the Heritage Foundation think-tank, said: ‘Quite what the French have done to merit this kind of high praise from the U.S. President is difficult to fathom.
Perhaps the only olive branch that I can offer to the British People is that many of us in the US don't take what Obama says as representative of how we feel. He's been just as treacherous toward the American People as he has toward the British. While that is cold comfort, it's about all that we can do at the moment.
