I just learned that President barack hussein obama will NOT be participating in the Restoring Honor rally at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC tomorrow. When you consider how much he is loved by the media, it's surprising that he's going to be a no-show. Maybe Glenn Beck decided not to give him one of three medals that will be handed out. obama is accustomed to receiving awards wherever he goes, so perhaps that gaff on the part of Beck has driven him away.
I haven't felt that tingle running up my leg for some time and I thought that if obama was there for the Restoring Honor rally that I might feel it again.
Strangely, some of the media have recently confessed that the Summer Recovery where the nation would get back on its feet would bring the tingle back. Since the Summer Recovery flopped -- no tingle.
House Democrats are asserting not to count them out and they're suggesting that they'll hold onto their majority in November -- by not inviting obama to campaign for them. I am guessing that the Democrats running for re-election this cycle aren't feeling any tingle at all.
Instead of commemorating Dr. Martin Luther King's "I've got a dream" speech at the Lincoln Memorial, obama and his shrewish wife will be in New Orleans, celebrating the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and of the disastrous obama response to the Gulf Oil Spill. He's trying to pour oil on the water -- so to speak -- in New Orleans while Glenn Beck steals his press in Washington. (no tingle)

And the media, with a few exceptions, will all stand with their backs turned while conservatives invade Washington, D.C., just like they did last year on 9/12.

The five people that show up for the Glenn Beck Rally will be his wife, kids and a security guard paid to be there. At least that what I suspect CNN will report.
They won't want him to upstage obama.
In my front yard this morning I saw several squirrels, two chipmunks, a hedge-hog, a mouse and some deer tracks. Any of the above would upstage obama, including the deer tracks.
