barack hussein obama's actual birth documentation, kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.
All this creates confusion and concern with some Americans:

Colonel Lakin has the right to question barack hussein obama's birth status the same as every American does. Do I believe barack was born in Hawaii? Yes.
I only understand the secrecy over his past if he has something to hide. Otherwise it doesn't matter. Nobody cares if he received a "D" in math when he attended high school. However, since so much of barack hussein obama's past has been shrouded in secrecy, it generates concern at many levels. Just the other day barack hussein obama said in an interview that the Tea Party Movement gained momentum because of these concerns about his background. Understanding this and being the president of transparency (candidate obama's words, not mine), why not release everything? Allow independent verification and inspection and post it all on-line so we can see for ourselves.

I don't have a firm belief one way or another about where Obama was born, but the fact that none of these records have been made available puts everything about his past in question. I guess that includes his birthplace.
Although there is such an abundance of things that indicate Obama wasn't born in America, none of that even matters. The bottom line is; The (fraudulent) internet COLB that they are claiming is Obama's Birth Certificate just proves without a question of doubt that he is constitutionally ineligible under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution to be POTUS.
Even if he was (and he wasn't) born in one of the two different hospitals they claim he was born at in Honolulu, he has always admitted that his father was Kenyan (British Subject in 1961) and was never at any time in his life an American citizen. According to Vattel's Law of Nations, to qualify as a "Natural Born" citizen, you must be born on American soil, and BOTH parents (plural) must be at least "Naturalized" citizens at the time of your birth.
How do I know this? That's easy......because although I was born in Chicago in 1957 and my dad was a citizen, my siblings and I are not "Natural Born" citizens, because our mom (Irish Native) never became a citizen. I'm a U.S. citizen under the 14th Amendment because I was born on American soil, (just like an anchor baby is with two illegal alien parents) and am entitled to all the other privileges that every other U.S. citizens is, I just could never hold the office of President.
So the short story is this; Even if Barack Obama was born on top of the “Resolute Desk” in the Oval Office, he could still never be considered a “Natural Born” citizen because he father was a British subject.
I personally do not believe he was born here. His Kenyan grandmother said she witnessed his birth ... in Kenya.
However, even if she wasn't on record as stating this, his refusal to provide a birth certific along with his using political power to keep anything about himself sealed speaks volumes.
People who have nothing to hide, hide nothing.
