First off, I'm not Jewish by faith or by blood. So I don't have a family stake in the outcome the way many Israelis do. Neither am I a "defender of the faith".Vice President Joe (Slow Joe) Biden has been echoing the cries of our Dear Leader to pursue worthless sanctions against Iran, playing for time, hoping that if he "wishes hard enough" that a nuclear-armed Iran won't become a reality.
Biden has a long history of being on the wrong side of military debates and a 100 % record of backing the wrong plan. It's hard to be right every time and the odds are just as long at being wrong every single time.
- Biden was WRONG in opposing the troop surge that broke the back of the Iraqi resistance .
- Biden is WRONG in his plan to further the war in Afghanistan with drones instead of troops.
- Biden was WRONG when he worked on Plan Colombia in 1999-2000 which enabled the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) to flourish.
- Biden was WRONG in his wishy-washy approach to the Viet Nam War. (You can't fight a war with one foot in and one foot out, Joe.)
And Biden is wrong today when it comes to being SOFT on Iran, which will embolden them. It puts Israel in the impossible position to attack Iran or allow themselves to be attacked with Iranian nuclear weapons as President Ahmajinadad has sworn to do in public time and time again.
Dear Leader is a closet Muslim, so I understand His dislike for Israel. But Biden is (as Dear Leader has said time and again) his principal advisor on foreign policy decisions. Is pushing Israel toward a preemptive attack the Biden Doctrine? And what motivates it? Does Joe Biden have a deep seated hatred of Jews? Does he want Israel in a knock-down/drag out war with the Muslim nations in the Middle East?
Mr. Vice President, Israel is not the problem. Iran is.

Hugh? The cons have been wrong on absolutely everything.
LL - I must say my confusion with this White House becomes even more extreme, given that his Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel and Chief Adviser David Axelrod are both Jews, and all appearances lead many of us to believe that they are the real puppeteers.
Only other thing I can come up with is that it really is Soros running things, and his big money and influence trump any personal agendas.
Soloman, I had the same question and put it to a friend of mine who is Jewish and keeps up with things. From what they said, Axelrod is more or less ashamed of being Jewish and it's more or less a backlash thing. His mother worked at an American Communist Party front organization while he was growing up (his dad left) and he never was "Jewish".
Rahm is a more complex guy, but from what I have been told, he's pro-Jew but virulently anti Israeli. Not being Jewish, I don't pretend to understand the complex emotions and range of angst. But the Administration is clearly anti-Israel.
This is disturbing. About a dozen of my in-laws, mostly little kids, live in Israel.
Oh Gurl! I sure makes you wonder doesn't it? You know how I can't stand the current administration and their motives are def in check with me. NOT that I am a know it all or anything.. (ahem)
I am more amazed that the blind eyes and head turning every you try to bring up legitimate points. Disturbing isn't the word. I have Democrat friends that have most of their relatives in Israel and these friends of mine, are VERY concerned.
Barrack hates the Jews. Biden hates not talking. Biden's a boob, useful idiot, not very smart, though very corrupt (read MM's culture of corruption for that), etc. Regarding Jewish advisors to Obama - corruption and religion mix quite well if you have no morals. Just like people who call themselves Christian, a person who calls themselves a Jew could just as easily have flexible morals.
