This is such a joke. Reagan is so stupid this almost sounds like a satire of himself.
"You have to go some place else," even in Canada that's not the case. And we have "socialized medicine" or as I like to call it universal health care.
If you want to practice medicine in Nunavut or up north where there are very few doctors, yes, the gov't give incentives for this.
Such an evil gov't. Wanting to provide health care to eskimos.
Reagan was so far ahead of his time. We could sure use some of his wisdom now. Where are the Conservative leaders? I know that the Dems are in power (they have a stranglehold), but come on. The everyday citizen is standing up and crying foul. How about a little support from D.C.? Maybe they are speaking up also, and I just don't know it because the mainstream media won't do their job properly.
God Bless President Reagan. We must find leaders like him to get our country back.

CP- The government offers scholarships to doctors who agree to practice on Indian reservations and in rural areas for a specified period of time. This has been going on for about forty years. It's an incentive to people who want to practice medicine and can't quite afford it otherwise. It's also a benefit to the people they treat.
I miss Reagan. I also miss his cabinet - some real class professionals. The goofballs on the Obama Staff simply can't wear the same shoes.
